I'm currently looking for a reliable roommate to help share expenses .I have a spare room to rent in quiet residential neighborhood in Peoria. . . The room is a ground floor bedroom with is furnished with a double bed, etc.., private closet. Cable ,internet ,basement rec room,center heating and air, water,garbage,washer &dryer, . My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Clean quite living. Male or female..$600 a month  includes all utilities.
